It's about that time where new students pack their bags for one of the most exciting times of their lives! COLLEGE. And if you are one of them- Congrats!!
The four (or maybe five+) years do FLY by, but it is exciting in so many ways. You don't need to ruin the excitement by dreading the 'Freshman Fifteen'.
SO, I am devoting the next four weeks to sharing all the tips, recipes and workouts specifically for college students.
Forget the 'Freshman 15' (or sophomore, junior or senior 15 too haha) bring on the new friends, football games, discoveries, and late night study sessions. You'll be equipped with how to make it through all the obstacles and stay healthy!
